Came here for the first time and wow the food was super tasty and out of this world! Staff was super friendly and quick. Highly recommended dumplings and pad thai with shrimp!! Will be back because it's the best thai food in town.

Beautiful atmosphere and music. Very classy place. Delicious food at reasonable prices. We will be going again.

Food is alright but the server was definitely not happy to see us there...

Myself & a friend had lunch here for the first time today.. everything went well (food and service) until payment time when the counter person/waitress circled the tip amount in pen on one receipt & blatantly told the other one of us exactly how much to pay her. Upon leaving we were followed out rudely after paying and the door was closed. Customer service was a disaster!

Food was delicious. Sat down and chatted with the owner while I waited for my "to go order." he was soooooooo nice. Food was prepared quickly. Overall a fantastic experience. Papaya salad was amazing.

Food is amazing, location is very simple for a true Thai experience. Amazing tom ka gai, jeep jay, curry dishes, pad thai, mango sticky rice and chicken satay.

While the food wasn't inedible, the Pad Thai was tasteless. I just got back from a one night layover in Thailand and while I wouldn't expect anything like what I had there, the tofu I had was completely bland. I wished I had fish sauce to give it more flavor. The best I could do was put some soy sauce on the tofu. There were barely any vegetables and maybe only 2 peanuts total. It seemed to be made as cheaply as possible, which is crazy considering it cost $15 including tax and delivery! Luckily that I got it a little spicy gave it a tiny bit more flavor to mask its incredible blandness. My dad finished it and he agreed that it really wasn't very good at all.

Za-onn Thai house is a little restaurant right on center Street. You can push on the street right out front, but pushing appears limited. I placed an order for pickup, and the man on the phone told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived 20 minutes later, I had to wait another 10. The inside has a decent amount of seating for dine in customers.One thing that was interesting was a sign near the desk that said "prices may change without notice". Everything ended up costing $1-$2 more than I expected.The food was pretty good. I ordered red curry beef and gold bags. I don't normally eat Thai food, so I cannot compare to other Thai restaurants, but i thought it was delicious.

From the first day they opened I have not found a Thai restaurant that matches their quality and freshness of the meals and ingredients. Quaint atmosphere, cozy seating and friendly staff always makes our visits very pleasurable. If your passing through Wallingford consider Za-Onn Thai restaurant .

In the mood for authentic Thai, then this little place won't disappoint. It may be small but the food is great.

Excellent food. Food staging was a little off, 10-12 minutes between plate 1 and plate 5 in a 5 person group. Worth the wait, but could be frustrating if group size is larger.
